Using Stellenbosch360
The Stellenbosch tourism office, Stellenbosch360, has arranged conference tariffs with various accommodation establishments at a range of prices. For bookings you can contact Jenna Moses: jenna@stellenbosch360.co.za, +27(0)21-883-3584, with the following information:
1. Your full name and surname
2. The code DLI 2018
3. The dates of arrival and departure, and how many persons
4. Type: hotel / guesthouse / self-catering apartment
5. Price range (your budget)
6. Special requests (such as separate rooms/beds, etc.)
Note: All bookings, payments, and arrangements will be made directly with Stellenbosch360.

Other options​
  • Protea Hotel 
    • Just outside Stellenbosch (7km from campus).
    • They have special rates available to Indaba participants. Contact them on info@phstellenbosch.com, +27(0)21-880-9500, with the quotation number 1748451 (Stellenbosch University Conference).​
  • Evergreen Manor and Spa - 5 star, small boutique hotel - 200 metres from the venue.
  • De Hoek Manor - 4 star, more relaxed and less formal - 500 metres from the venue.

Students with Sponsored Accommodation

Those sponsored by the Indaba will stay in one of the following budget hotels, all within walking distance to the Indaba venue:
